This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all subscriptions and services provided by Eaterware Restaurant Software, developed and operated by Velarima Digital Agency Pvt. Ltd.
By purchasing or subscribing to our Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Nature of Our Services
Eaterware Restaurant Software is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. As our products are digital services delivered electronically, they cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will:
- Prevent automatic renewal of your subscription (if applicable).

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
We will investigate the issue promptly and work toward a fair resolution.
8. Account Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
9. Data After Cancellation
After your subscription ends:
- Access to premium features may be restricted.
- Your data may be retained for a limited period in accordance with our data retention policy.
- After the retention period, your data may be permanently deleted unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
We recommend exporting any important business data before your subscription expires.
10. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
- The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
